Chris has worked in private practice on a wide range of criminal cases, including DUIs, drug charges, violent crimes, and sex crimes. He has achieved numerous dismissals on charges and reduced charges on serious offenses through his in-depth knowledge of criminal procedure and case law. 

Chris received training on the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) Standardized Field Sobriety Exercises, the same course police officers attend during their DUI training. He also attended the Intoxilyzer 8000 Operator course and is highly familiar with the machine’s functions as well as its limitations.

Chris is a member of the National College of DUI Defense, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Florida Bar. 

Chris is licensed to practice law in all Florida state courts, as well as the Federal Middle District of Florida. He is a graduate of The Florida State University College of Law. During his time at Florida State University, Chris was elected President of the Mock Trial Team and was certified by the Florida Supreme Court to act as trial counsel on criminal casesas a CLI for the Public Defender’s Office.  

Chris is a Navy Veteran who has been deployed to Afghanistan, Japan, and Germany. During his service he earned his undergraduate degree in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
