Selected by the City of Tampa, Jessica graduated from Mayor Buckhorn’s, “Mayor’s Neighborhood University” where she learned how different city departments are overseen and built strong relationships with city administration.This experience has motivated her to promote change and new opportunities for the residents of Tampa. She also continues to serve on the board of directors at her local neighborhood’s civic association.
